Welcome to Brooklyn Jews, in our sixth year of building new Jewish community. Our participants take the lead in social programming, Shabbat celebration, social action projects, and Jewish learning.
Brooklyn Jews offers free High Holy Day services and we can’t do this without the help from our generous community. Your charitable donation will enable us to continue this wonderful tradition.
We appreciate all the support we have gotten this year. So far we have raised $2,300 and are well on our way to covering the $6,500 cost of running our High Holiday Services. Please consider giving - No amount is too small!
We have reached capacity for our High Holy Day Services.

Getting in the Mood... for the High Holy Days
Holiday Preparation Workshop
Thursday, September 2, 8pm - 9:30pm
Rabbi's Office, at Congregation Beth Elohim
Join us for a chance to really "get in the mood" for Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur. Using Jewish contemplative practice, guided and writing meditations, as well as discussion and text study, we'll gain new insights and ways to incorporate Jewish meditation into our own observances and celebrations. Also, it's fun. Free, bring your friends, see you there!
